”Ordering & Customization
- How do I place an order for my club’s teamwear?
Placing an order is easy! Simply visit our For Clubs section, download our catalogue, or request a sample. One of our advisors will reach out to guide you through the process, from selecting styles to customizing your designs.
- Can I customize jerseys and uniforms with my club’s logo and colors?
Absolutely! UPGEAR specializes in fully customizable teamwear. You can personalize jerseys, shorts, and fan merchandise with your club’s logo, colors, and player names/numbers. Our design team will provide you with mockups for approval.
- Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, the minimum order for custom products is 20 items. For reorders under 20, we offer flexible windows four times a year:
- Pre-Season: 28 February
- Mid-Season: 30 May
- Post-Season: 30 August
- Christmas Special: 30 November
- How long does it take to produce and deliver custom orders?
Once your design is approved, production typically takes 6 weeks. We then ship your order directly to your club with free shipping anywhere in Switzerland.
Samples & Sizing
- Can I request a sample before ordering?
Yes! You can request samples of our teamwear to assess fabric, fit, and quality. Samples are free of charge for clubs considering a bulk order.
- How do I ensure the correct sizing for my team?
We offer sizing kits to help your team find the perfect fit. You’ll receive these kits during the design phase, ensuring each player orders the correct size.
- Do you offer youth, women’s, and men’s sizes?
Yes! Our product range includes youth, women’s, and men’s sizes, ensuring a perfect fit for all athletes.
Shipping & Delivery
- Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all locations within Switzerland. For international shipping, please contact our support team directly.
- How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders within Switzerland, including custom and fan merchandise on bulk orders.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Returns & Guarantee
- What if a product doesn’t fit or has a defect?
We offer a 360-day guarantee on all products. If an item is defective, we’ll replace it free of charge. For size exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Can I return custom products?
Custom products can only be returned if they are defective or incorrect. For all other items (e.g., fan merch), our standard 30-day return policy applies.

To ensure the best performance and comfort, it’s important to select the correct size for your teamwear. Follow our measurement guide and use the charts below to choose the right fit for Men, Women, and Youth.
How to Measure
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape horizontal.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, just above the hips.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, standing with feet together.
- Inseam: Measure from the top of the inside leg down to the ankle.
- Height: Stand straight without shoes and measure from head to toe.

We use reliable Swiss shipping partners such as:

Tracking numbers can be provided for all shipments. Please request tracking by placing order.
- Delivery Times
- Production Time: Approx. 6 weeks from final design approval.
- Shipping Time: 2 – 4 business days within Switzerland.
- Total Delivery: Around 6 – 7 weeks for custom items.
- As things happen in life, we can never guarantee delivery times, but, promised, we hurry up.
- Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Custom orders begin processing upon:
- Approval of the final design.
- Completion of payment.
- Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
- Track the delivery status and estimated arrival time directly through our shipping partner’s website.
- Delivery Issues
If your order is:
- Delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us.
- Damaged upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and products.
We’ll assist you promptly with replacements or further solutions.
- Split Deliveries
For large team orders or reorders, items may be shipped in multiple packages. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
- Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. These are not included in the product or shipping prices.

“At UPGEAR, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied. Below are our return and exchange terms, designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.
- General Return Policy
Non-Custom Products (e.g., fan merchandise, sale items):
- Return Window: You may return non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 banking days to your original payment method.
- Custom Products Policy
Custom Teamwear & Uniforms:
- As all custom products are made-to-order specifically for your club, we can not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing or change of mind.
- However, if the custom product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved design, we will:
- Offer a replacement at no extra cost.
- Provide store credit if a replacement is not possible.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide photos of the defect or issue, along with your order number.
- We will arrange for free return shipping and send a replacement promptly.
- Return Process

- Your order number.
- Reason for return.
- Photos (as attachement).
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Pack the items securely and send them to the address we provide.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

- For non-defective returns (e.g., fan merch exchanges), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
